In modern era, people
usually choose everything that it is fast and simple. They usually choose
instant foods to their breakfast or dinner because it is very simple and do not
waste their time. The other reason they choose instant food because it has
delicious taste. Although instant foods are delicious and quickly to be
deserve, but it contains many dangerous material. Instant food have many
negative effect to our body, the 3 main negative effects to our body are
increase risk to get cancer, inflict brain damage, and make our body lack of
vitamin.
The first negative effect from
instant food is increase risk to get cancer. Instant food has many dangerous
materials, like MSG (Monosodium Glutamate). MSG is potentially causing cancer
if we consume it daily. The other dangerous material of the instant food
(instant noodle) is wax; the wax is usually used to make the noodle not stick
each other. So, as much as possible we must avoid eating instant food daily.
The second
effect is inflicting brain damage. Instant foods contain many chemicals, like
MSG, preservative, food coloring ingredient,
and many more. It is very dangerous for our body if we consume it daily. The
chemicals can accumulate in our brain and inflict brain damage. If our brain is
damage, we will lose our optimal brain performance and the most dangerous
effect is cause of death. So, if we want to live longer we must avoid the
instant food.
The other effect if we eat instant
food daily is our body will lack of vitamin. Instant food is does not have
enough vitamin to our body, so it is like a junk food. Junk food is food
without benefit to our body; junk food is only have carbohydrate but does not
have another material like protein, fat, and vitamin. To fulfill our body needs
we must consume vegetable, fruit, and meat. So, we must fulfill our body needs
with healthy food and do not consume instant food frequently.
In the conclusion, instant food is
not good for our body. It contains many dangerous materials, which can make our
body sick. Instant food does not have any materials which is body needed.
Consuming instant food daily is bad habits for our health. So, if we want to
life longer we must avoid the instant food and consume healthy food like
vegetables and fruits.
